Can I capture a screenshot with LoupeCam® Settings (Mac)?

  • Yes, you can capture a mouse-over window based screenshot by pressing the "ENTER" key on your keyboard. The resulting image will be placed on your desktop for review.

Are there any available keyboard shortcuts for LoupeCam® Settings Macintosh?

  • If you depress the "Up Arrow Key," you can start a new recording.
  • If you depress the "Down Arrow Key," you will initialize the Stop / Save / and File Automation parameter which will apply a military time-stamp to your file.
Are there any aids which provide focal calibration?
Are there various forms of technical support packages available?
  • Technical support is included with every LoupeCam® Camera purchase (Video Tutorials, Email & Phone Support). Onwards, additional packages are available, which are composed of varying levels of support. Enquire with us.
