Returns of LoupeCam® products are accepted within 15 calendar days of the date that the products were received. Day 1 correlates to the carrier tracking number delivery date. To return a product, you MUST provide a written request. A refund will be applied within 7-10 business days provided that all items are in their original/resalable condition with their original packaging, minus shipping/handling & a demo/trial fee of $295. After 15 days, no return, no refund. Customers also have 15 days to file a claim in the event that a shipment contains a product and/or accessories that are significantly different from their order including but not limited to; missing parts and/or features, incorrect number of items, the item(s) state and condition and/or damaged items. In such instance, pictures must be taken and documentation must be presented via email in order to file a claim with sufficient proof.
Any issues, visible damage to the product occurring as a result of transportation, courier, shipping and/or handling or simply upon arrival must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery date. The entire packaging must be saved including the delivery box. Pictures must be taken and documentation must be presented electronically via email in order to file a claim. Sufficient and obvious proof must be provided to relate the circumstantial damage(s) to shipping & packaging.
Demo units are available for a very specific period as referenced by the Demo Agreement and cannot be extended. Missing and/or damaged items will be charged in full. Furthermore, all Digital Products also known as Software are non-refundable. Products transferred for demo or sale at promotional pricing or bundle pricing may not be returned/exchanged for market value. All sales on digital products are final – no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be permitted. Computers not meeting the system requirements either through hardware/software will result in an unsupported product. LoupeCam® reserves the right to refuse to offer its services to any customers that are unregistered or have a camera serial number associated with outstanding balance and/or that perform some forms of intimidation.
If you do not agree to these policies, please do not use the services. Any modifications or changes to the Terms & Conditions and/or Privacy Policy will be updated on the LoupeCam® website. Newer revisions always supersede older ones and may be requested in a PDF format at any time. LoupeCam® reserves the right to modify these policies at any time, without notice. Continued use of the Services signifies acceptance of our policies and revisions as published on our website.
Any disputes arising from this sales agreement regarding LoupeCam®, or any other products offered by LoupeCam® will be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. The customer agrees to irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Arizona and the Federal courts of the USA located in Maricopa County, Arizona. Such courts will constitute the exclusive courts of competent jurisdiction and venue for purposes of any dispute arising under or regarding this agreement or the transactions contemplated as part of this agreement.

Product Support Packages
Registered Users – A registered user relates to the name of one person under which/for which the product was purchased and for which the digital product license is attached to. The support is offered for a period of One year via email & phone support within 24/48 hours.
Secondary Users/Unregistered Users must purchase their own Technical Support to receive assistance.
Institutions, Teaching Institutions must purchase a multi-users Technical Support package;
Additional Product Support, extended over a period of time and extended warranty - Available for purchase –
Software Updates; New software release with features improvement - Available at no cost –
Software Upgrade; Migrating from one OS version to a newer OS - Available for purchase –
Additional Product On-Site Training- Available for purchase – Live technician install & training session (US/Canada only)
Standard One-Year Limited Warranty for Direct and Indirect Users
The use of any LoupeCam® products, directly by the end users (Direct User) or indirectly through commercial or third-party representation (Indirect Users) is bound by these Terms & Conditions. By using LoupeCam® family of products, whether directly or indirectly, as registered or unregistered users, accept the LoupeCam® Terms & Conditions and agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Arizona and the Federal Court of the USA located exclusively in Maricopa County, Arizona. Such courts will constitute the exclusive courts of competent jurisdiction and venue for purposes of any disputes arising under or regarding the use, intended use (directly or indirectly) of LoupeCam® products.
LoupeCam® warrants this product against defects in material or workmanship as follows:
- PRODUCT: LoupeCam® will repair this product with new or refurbished parts, free of charge, for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase in the event of a defect in materials or workmanship.
- REPAIRS: LoupeCam® will repair or replace defective parts used in the repair or replacement of this product with new or refurbished parts, free of charge, for a period equal to the remainder of the original limited warranty period. This equals ninety (90) days after the date of the repair or replacement, whichever is longer.
This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. A purchase receipt, bill of sale or other receipted proof of date for the original purchase and a serial number will be required before warranty service is rendered. This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials and workmanship that occurs during normal use.
The damage that is attributable to acts of God, failures which are caused by products not supplied by the warrantor, or failures which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, faulty installation, improper application, improper installation, operation or maintenance, alteration, modification, introduction of sand, humidity or liquids, line power surge, improper voltage supply, lightning damage, or subjecting the product to operating/environmental conditions in excess of the maximum values or below the minimum values set forth in the applicable specifications, or products services by anyone other than LoupeCam®.
This warranty is invalid if the factory applied serial number has been altered or removed from the product or if the camera casing has been opened. This warranty does not cover products sold AS IS or WITH ALL FAULTS. This warranty excludes all optical lenses.
THERE ARE NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES EXCEPT AS LISTED ABOVE. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE PURCHASER. LOUPECAM® SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST SALES, LOSS OF USE OF PRODUCT, OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT, OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND TITLE ARE LIMITED TO THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above exclusions or limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
